Writing Updates
I have not been as active on Substack as I’d like. But I want to drop a quick update on two other places I’ve had the joy of contributing to recently.
A few weeks ago my friend Christian Clement-Schlimm and I wrote an article on TGC Canada for Evangelical pastors about people in their congregations converting to Eastern Orthodoxy. Our plan was to write two articles on the topic. The first, for pastors. The second article to speak directly to those considering converting. Our aim wasn’t about theological debate, but to alert folks to some issues and concerns that show the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. TGC Canada published that article this week and you can read it here.
Our first article got a lot more attention than we expected. One blessing was that Christian and I had the privilege of being guests on a brand new podcast called “Evangelising Eastern Orthodoxy” hosted by John Discos. The two-part interview is linked below.
